This is a great place to work if you need something flexible and part time. It's also different every day and week and great if you like being in the classroom.
Cons
I didn't feel like the training was enough and learned a lot as I went along and took a lot from previous teaching experience. I also felt like the pay was pretty low.

Corporate is lazy and underpays. They pretend they give benefits, but the benefits offered are prohibitively expensive for nigh nonexistent coverage. Hours are not gaurunteed. There are few to no restrictions on who is allowed to teach kids. During the "Interview" (there wasn't an interveiw) they just did an unpaid eight hour orientation training that they pretended was an interveiw so they could steal your fairly earned wages. I hate these guys.
