Pros
Can work from home sometimes, free and tasty coffee
Cons
Wouldn’t even recommend for enemy!!!! Worst micro-management you will ever imagine. You end up working alone and need to find answers for questions yourself as they don’t want to share company information (like what?!). No support from company. They will ignore your emails for days, saying that they are so busy. Work balance is off - Friday meetings after six in the evening are usual. They won’t appreciate your work, and don’t guide you or give feedback. If the feedback comes finally then they need changes right now. Over-controlled on every part. Management has control of everything and they even read all your emails. Lack of workers (no kidding right?!) so you will end up doing things that are not under your work criteria, like sales and cold calls. They are desperately looking for new clients all the time without properly handling existing ones.. Everything is messy - you will start with one project today and tomorrow they don’t need it anymore so you will start another one and so on. Meetings are very often postponed, management is always late, 15 minutes is usual. Going to meeting is always interesting - you never know who is still working on the company and who is not - many leave by themselves but there have been several dozen during a year who have been laid off in a call without any reason or proper explanation. Monitoring all the employees all the time. No professionalism, no trust, bad decisions with poor quality, toxic environment (bad talks from management side), stressful, a lot of promises 0 outcome, no freedom to choose your tools. And not to forget - totally underpaid. Worst experience I ever had unfortunately.
