The employees are awesome and always willing to help each other. Everyone starts out with 3 weeks of vacation and 1 week of sick leave. Coffee is offered for free throughout the day. There are monthly birthday and anniversary celebrations. My favorite thing was the opportunities throughout the year to volunteer somewhere or do food & supply drives. The company is really into giving back to the community.
Cons
Human Resources is way more involved in every aspect of the company than anywhere I have ever worked, which sometimes makes things difficult because there are things HR shouldn't have a say in. Also, there's no room for advancement (it's a small company).
