I agree with much of what is posted here, great technical and commercial knowledge, decent work environment, recent organisational changes seem to have been poorly thought out/executed
Cons
pay is below market, with annual increases below inflation no recognition of talent, promotions are virtually impossible no share ownership except at partner level limited visibility of senior management, who nonetheless seem to micromanage everything without understanding the people delivering the actual work. lack of transparency of financial performance of the company
