Pros

Hybrid mode Good food Parking is available

Cons

I worked at EPOS for 3 years, and during my time there, I experienced three rounds of layoffs, which created a constant sense of instability and uncertainty among employees. The frequent layoffs severely impacted team morale and productivity. Additionally, in an effort to cut costs, the company has increasingly relied on cheap consultants from India, which has led to a noticeable decline in product quality. The focus seems to be more on reducing expenses than on delivering a high-quality product to customers. This cost-cutting strategy has not only affected the company's reputation but also placed an additional burden on remaining employees, who are left to manage the consequences of these decisions.
