I have to say that I'm very lucky to be a part of such a great and exciting company. I've seen the company grow but it hasn't changed how the company treats its employees. I have never been anywhere with colleagues this intelligent, this motivated, this caring and this awesome. Everyone here is simply amazing to work with and extremely supportive of the team. We are all encouraged to learn new skills and I was even able to get my Microsoft SQL Certifications here. The Solutions Director is very technical and is accessible to everyone in the company. Each and every day that I work at EPE leaves me with a feeling that I want to work here forever. Everyone cares about your happiness, both personally and professionally, and wants you to succeed. The culture is simply wonderful! I have been so spoiled with such an awesome work environment that if I ever have to leave, I doubt I will every find anything remotely fulfilling as what EPE Innovations has to offer. Dieting may be somewhat challenging with all the breakfast and lunch caterings.
