Pros

Competitive salary and benefits. Bursary programs..

Cons

Promotions only happen if you are a yes man or partoftheclique. They play musical chairs and rotate the existing managers but rarely promote from within. Have an opinion? No. They claim to want feedback but you will be blacklisted if you do. Front line employees are not supported by upper management, they barely know their names. Team leads are treated horribly. Given unrealistic goals or tasks and when they achieve it, the goal posts are moved. Underperformers are rampant and cause additional work to their peers and management does nothing. They claim to care about mental health but don't acknowledge they are the cause of the problem. Your reward for hard work and good ethics is getting more work and responsibility added, then they can promote the "buddy" they have and you'll be stuck grinding. Regardless of how good your APFR is you will never get anything more than meeting expectations. Exceeding scores are saved for senior management who claimed the work of their subordinates. You use the remote work as leverage. Holding it over people using it to scare employees into compliance.
