Incredible manager creates a supportive work environment - Utility Worker EPCOR Employee Review

I absolutely love working for Andrew, he is an incredible manager, i never have to worry about feeling unheard when asking questions or worry that I will be shamed for not knowing an answer. He is attentive, knowledgeable and kind. Andrew treats all of his staff with kindness and respect, because of him there is a lot of trust within our crew and an appreciation for everyone around. 10/10 manager and I am very grateful to be apart of such an incredible company!
