The business is going through a significant growth period on a global basis and with that has come an operational restructure. The senior management team across EON Reality Limited in the UK and in the global business are positive about the future direction of the company but the team are also reflective that we have clear improvements needed across different parts of the business and we are working hard to drive these improvements.
