Pros
I've been here about 4.5 years at this point, being my first job out of college. I'll say things have definitely changed for the better during my time here. 1. Focus on employee health and wellbeing - Entrust established a team of people dedicated to gathering market analysis data and internal pulse data to help craft future benefits and trainings around. Additionally, everyone is very accepting of time off for any reason. I've never had an issue taking time off, and the response has always been "what do you need me to cover" and "talk to you when you get back" 2. Team dynamics - the atmosphere is very supportive. Everyone wants to work together to do a good job. It's a very collaborative environment 3. Career progression - I personally have seen a lot of career progression during my time here, and through my efforts in a leadership role, have been able to help a lot of other people progress in their careers. It's a big focus at all levels of management to grow from within when possible
Cons
Support from leadership on a day-to-day basis can be a bit thin. Managers are stretched a little thinner than I'd prefer, meaning I don't get as much time to support my team directly as I'd like.
