It is hard for me to respond to this review because it clearly expresses your feelings but does not provide any specifics.
I am sorry that you did not like ENSCO culture. This culture is what kept me and many other employees with the company for many years. It is based on respect for employees, it encourages employees to take on important and challenging work and to learn and advance professionally while maintaining a good work-life balance. We have been pleased that this culture has been recognized by employees through low attrition rates, and by external organizations, as demonstrated by our several recent Top Workplaces awards.
Even one negative review is one too many, so I take your concerns very seriously. We encourage employees to take the time to let me or other leadership know of their concerns and how we can address them. Over the years this helped the company to make improvements in internal communications, training, and many other areas. We will keep listening to criticism from our employees (and former employees) and continue to improve.
