      - Bad Management - Bad Commission Structure - Near Impossible to Sell unless you have numerous connections in industry - If you don't work in HQ in Houston, you're not a priority - Management is sloppy - Zero Onboarding Structure

      Pros

      The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

      Cons

      The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
