- Left to your own devices while cleaning, it's a very independent role. - Easy tasks to do during each shift, nothing is ever greatly difficult. - Friendly co-workers & clients.
Cons
- Job can be monotonous, especially since you're doing the same thing a lot of the time. - Not many opportunities for career progression or pay-rises - Kind of toxic workplace culture, cleaners were often disrespected by some of the higher-ups and not treated with respect.
