      -Could not ask for better teammates -Always learning, and your teammates and contractors are understanding and helpful -You have control over your projects from beginning to end -If you care about climate change, working in the energy industry, and especially for an engineering firm, feels rewarding and purposeful -The company is open to suggestions and change

      -Company policy can lack transparency -Being client facing all the time can take its toll on you -Have to stay organized or you can fall behind
