Relaxed environment with people who care.

Need to be self motivated.

Great experience with lots of seasoned people to mentor you. At a lot of jobs, a bad CEO would be felt throughout the company, but the managers that you work with the most create such an impact that it dont matter if you dislike the CEO, CFO, or whoever else. Being out in the field is hard work but its fun.

Some of the corporate people are out of touch with the employees. The CEO took our ipads from the field and claims that he's here for us when he has never talked to most of us. He also cried a lot on all hands calls and that was weird.
