Only human - Regardless of your experience, exceeding KPIs, or always deliver tasks perfectly, the company won't care as they set unrealistic targets and using them as a weapon to fight back any pay raise requests - The current company culture and structure is a complete mess, filled with corporate politics - Doesn't have a clear workflows, leading to confusion and disorientation because the leadership themselves are confused
