Pros
Peers and line manager great, real feel of being in the trenches together
Cons
From what was once a great company to work for who valued their employees, ELMO has spiralled into a culture-less and unpleasant place to work. There is a constant fear of wondering when you will be made redundant, even though exec team promised there would be no more after the first round. The removal of actual flexible working and wellness days is causing burnout left, right and centre. Zero diversity at exec level, frat boys and white middle aged men only after they strategically removed our female CHRO. Having integrity as a core value is a joke, that continually gets called into question by the actions of the exec. CEO will do interviews with media stressing the importance of employee wellbeing, feedback, flexibility but does not apply these to the company. How can we be taken seriously in the industry when we do not practice what we preach?
