- really low base salary (so much so that if your paired company doesn't take you on, you won't stand a chance finding a new job because you won't be able to compete with the low-paid players from ELIXR.)
- career support is highly limited (no mentors)
- sometimes your management team could potentially overpromise the clients and don't protect their developers enough (I hope they have improved.)
