      + professional team + great opportunities for professional growth + corporate culture + good salary and bonuses + relocation + in the past there were many business trips to the USA, Canada + direct communication with foreign clients + international team + the number of employees who have been working for 5+ years, think this is an important indicator + the ability to change the project + flexible schedule

      - lots of meetings - overtimes - shifted schedule due to meetings with USA

      Pros

      If you are familiar with the Overemployed subreddit, this company could be for you. I worked for perhaps 10 hours a week most weeks for a full salary and received glowing reports on my job performance.

      Cons

      Some folks don't even bother putting in the solid 10 hours a week and it shows. Lots of slackers who get paychecks for absolutely nothing.
