Very patient orientated, really try to make people as happy as they can. Opportunities for growth

Cons

Transparency between the management team and everyone else, sometimes isn’t the best communication between head office. Have heard awful things about HR department

Offered alot of support Alot of OT shifts for extra money Great mentoring from management Incentives and free giveaways (Hockey tickets + concert tickets)

Cons

Honestly out of all of the companies out there, EFW has the best support any employees could ask for and I believe alot of the employees who gives out cons are taking things for granted that EFW provides
