Waste, waste and total time waste. Everyone from senior management( they call it MC.. :) to first line managers all does only time pass. Everyone try to highlight himself. It's a race to be in limelight. No productivity benchmark, no processes, no review and no accountability. Many people just come here for 8 hour and make some noise in high level meetings and go home. QA does not know the basics of testing. Many QA persons does total time pass and involve in dirty politics for personal gains. Please do not join this if you are serious about your career. It is an honest advice. It is a company for managers, by managers. No respect for technical capabilities and no good work. HR does not exist at all. If you have any concerns don't expect any resolution. If you raise it they will fire you in next firing with no reason( no compensation even if they fire you and no reason given). People first see your designation before working on your complaint and if u r not a senior manager or above then forget it.
