      -You are quite independent in your work meaning you learn rather quickly if you are able to keep up and can take initiative easily -It is still small so there is opportunity to move up quickly

      Cons

      -Verbal and sexual harassment towards female employees is commonplace -Several male employees left due to 'burn out' -They keep problematic people on board that have a poor work attitude and don't contribute much to the firm anymore

They are now scrambling to meet EBITDA growth targets. As a result, this has led to an obsession with overpriced services and a lack of investment in training and skills development for team members across all levels.
