I did not find any cons about working here. The job itself can be a bit repetitive sometimes.

Coworkers are some of the nicest and most helpful people I’ve ever worked with. Laid back working environment most of the time.

Owner is an egomaniac, HR only exists to protect the owner, floor level management is poorly trained and unaware, raises are rarely given and when they are, they consist of 25 cents once per year, what you make when you start is what you will make the entire time you’re here.
