EFR has provided me with with countless opportunities to make a positive impact both in and out of the office. Working here has contributed to my growth both as an individual and a professional, with a supportive atmosphere and a tight-knit group of amazing, friendly and dedicated people.
The ownership and senior leadership team has changed several times during my tenure, and some were better than others - but the current leadership group seems to be the best so far and I believe the company is in great hands.
Their mission, passion and commitment to clients is second to none in the industry, and I am so thankful for my time here.
Cons
Small teams with lots of responsibility for individual contributors. It can feel overwhelming at times, but it's always been worth it.
