Pros

Great campus, free parking and corporate events.

Cons

This company has unfortunately been the most difficult experience in my career, leaving a lasting impact on my well-being. While the company presents itself as a leader in coaching and leadership development, I found a stark contrast between its values and actual practices. The management I reported to demonstrated a lack of empathy, leadership, and patience. Favouritism and a judgmental attitude were prevalent, creating a toxic and unsupportive environment. Despite the company's emphasis on training and development, the onboarding process was poor, with little to no alignment between global teams, and minimal internal support. What was most disappointing was the disconnect between the company’s mission and how its own people were treated. I had to invest heavily in personal development and reflection to recover from the experience and rebuild my confidence. I do not recommend this company to professionals seeking a healthy and growth-oriented workplace.

Thank you for taking the time to write your comments and feelings. I am not sure this was for the EF Corporate Learning as we don't have a campus or free parking that you refer to. I feel that your feedback needs to be heard by the right people so please do contact b2b.people.team@ef.com and we will be able to get your feedback to the right people.
