      Pros

      Kind of flexible working hours, although full opening hours had to be covered between all of the managers, so there were quite a few late and weekend shifts to do

      Cons

      Went downhill after BT bought EE

      Pros

      Depending on management this can be a great place to work however they want you to do everything and anything to sell home broadband even in mobile customer service

      Cons

      As mentioned above, do anything to reduce your bonus
