      It's a big company and you can have a good future prospect if you can get close to the right people to support you.

      Cons

      Always fear of getting fired or redundant (ED&F has a good reputation on this), backstabbing colleagues over for promotion and unfair managers, lots of office politics..

      Less than average management, big corporation with small company culture differing per entities, poor training organization.
