Cons
Culture clash. Different approaches to development. HQ's approach is to set project dates based on whims without considering effort, resulting in software hacks and lack of forward thinking. Second level management at HQ was technically clueless and stuck in the 80s. Software originally developed in Pittsburgh suffered.
