Nbeads is a great company if you are interested in bead catogories. You'll enjoy yourself getting to know many more bright and rare beads, while you will feel a pity that you yourself even want to own them when seeing. Harmonious working environment you will feel to have happy work everyday.
Cons
You will be looking forward to a high salary increase unless you have done special work. The common salary increase every year is a little low.
