Start-up - Engineer EC Power Employee Review

-The work is exciting. -Freedom to pursue new ideas

-Small -Lack of structure/communication at times

Solid team. In my mind, it's the people that make a company, and EC Power's people are a pleasure to work with. The teammates and management are quite reasonable. As the company is rapidly growing, there is also the opportunity to wear many hats for those who are ambitious.

I guess the slightly longer than average working hours (~45 hours/week) may bother some people, but it doesn't have the do or die craziness of those insane startups you hear about where management is toxic to boot.
