No long term strategy - Sales EC Innovations Employee Review

Terrible management. MD often gaslight employee during 1 on 1 as a form of "motivating" to push for sales. But in conclusion he doesn't know how to help and only resort to ways like this. Meaningless quarterly reviews which does not amount to anything insightful. Promotes employee to management roles based on performance and not management skills.
