Pros
Work with some of the most energetic, focused, positive people who wanted to make a difference.
Cons
Management and Leadership is clueless. Their past success was due to hard work and good luck, but have had a revolving door of executive management over the last few years, ultimately eliminating anyone who had any clue to how to run the business. Most of their board was composed of the same people who made horrible business decisions which have led the company to historic high levels of attrition with a workforce half the size as it was a year previous. This place is in a downward spiral, with clueless leadership, HR, and finance driving it into the ground. It's a shame they'll be running the accounts dry, taking the retirees' money with them (company is 100% employee owned with most of the stock in the hands of those who are no longer with the company), and placing the burdens on the shoulders of younger, energized employees, who will ultimately be left holding a box on the curb. This was both the best and the worst place I've ever worked at.
