Pros

EAT is in the top league of International actors working to transform the food system. Working at EAT gives you a unique oportunity to develope and contribute to important impact in a very diverse and international team and network.

Cons

As in most NGOs the funding can sometimes be an uncertain factor. However, this is just a normal part of the NGO «game», and did not prevent me from enjoying the exciting and important work we did.

Pros

Visionary ambitions on improving food systems

Cons

Not any "real" work, mostly networking and PR, like ask yourself "what do EAT actually do?" Toxic work environment with extremely high turnover Leadership and Founder highly incompetent in driving organizational development Founder toxic bully, using her power to silence everyone. Everyone knows who is really in charge No transparency in hiring processes, in decision making, and extremely top-down MeToo-episodes, low level of psychological safety, and sexual approach used to acquire advisors If you ask questions, you are silenced, bullied to silence and part of out-group This has happened since the inception in 2013

Pros

Punches way above its weight class. Extensive network.

Cons

Slighlty underfunded, resulting in short contracts, potentially leading to some of the negative press. Understaffed, resulting in too little communication now and then.
