None. Things are overall great.

Even though work culture is discriminative they have good programs to enhance ones technical skills but co-workers are not supportive and judgmental at the same time. they don't give you time to fit in the organization. Even before your joining they will start rating you.

Company behaves like they are in 70's. A lot of work pressure, performance pressure, being in IT industry from more than 7 years I have never come across such an unprofessional company like this.
