The divisions of EAC are very confusing and struggle to separate themselves from the anchor - AgencyEA. wavering commitment to selling the two ancillary arms of the company and refusal to allow business development to sell all of the collective, instead choosing to hyper target the smaller divisions for growth without supplying the roles with the means to gain the high-profile clients that they prefer. No true go-to-market strategy, and constant meetings and re-assessments don't allow for any momentum to be gained
