I reached out to this company’s recruiting team with genuine interest in their job opportunities, as someone with substantial experience and relevant skills. While I initially received a response about available positions, any follow-up questions I asked were completely ignored. I contacted one or two recruiters, hoping for guidance or clarity, but they failed to provide any meaningful information or support. It feels as though they are not actually interested in hiring qualified candidates. If your intention isn’t to hire, be upfront—don’t string applicants along with brief responses only to ignore them for weeks or months afterward. This kind of unprofessional behavior reflects poorly not just on the recruiting team, but on the company as a whole. Having worked in staffing myself and knowing many professionals in the field, this experience is alarming. It demonstrates a lack of respect for candidates, poor internal management, and an overall disregard for the hiring process. When I cross-referenced my experience with other reviews on multiple platforms, the picture became clear: this company consistently fails to engage, educate, or treat applicants with basic professional courtesy. I cannot recommend pursuing opportunities here based on this level of disorganization and unprofessionalism.
