Started well then completely changed! Was told it was all about customer service, it didn't matter how long it took as long as the customers query was dealt with, after 8 weeks of training I was then told they were expecting 40 to 60 interactions per day and within 2 further weeks expecting 80 - 100 per day, no longer interested in quality and customer satisfaction and looking to drop customers as quick as possible. Working with customers was usually 6 hours per day and expecting 15 interactions minimum per hour. I was told I was not suited to the job! 16 joined on same day as me half were lost by the time I left.
