Felt Miserable Coming to Work - Anonymous employee E+I Engineering Group Employee Review

It is sad to feel like a kindergartner when something needed to be asked to a Lead/Supervisor. They yell at people in front of others. The black shirt didn’t even know what a torque range needed to be set to on the TOB line. They are so unprofessional, they lack of knowledge, they’re so rude to employees (except their “buddies”), they make the most ridiculous decisions ever!! They always run out of supplies and punish employees with mandatory over time. Like if standing on your feet for 8 hours wasn’t enough. Not everyone gets a raise even if they deserve it. By deserve it I mean to the people that really work because the lower management’s buddies are always crying to be on the easiest jobs being lazy.
