      Pros

      While I worked for this company I met a lot of great people. The environment is laid back and you are able to wear anything you want to work. As I mentioned previously, there are good co-workers and great sense of team work.

      Cons

      The salary provided in this company is not good. And moving up positions within the company is not as easy either. Because it is a smaller company, in the long run there might not be a future.

      Small company. Almost like a start up where you get to wear different hats.

      Cons

      Salary was a bit low. Benefits a bit costly. These are expected with a small company. Micro management and distrust among members of management.
