Pros

Legitimate value for clients. Best team in the business comprised of people from all over working toward a common goal and most of all the want and willingness to help peers. Excellent pay, excellent holiday schedule, and work from home - for now.

Cons

Disconnected and disjointed management with poor communication and a “do as I say, not as I do” mentality. Senior management has not been in the trenches and has had no understanding of the reality of the clients or job in years despite directly making decisions on both. Check-the-box one size fits all mentality. Passive management surrounded by “yes men” who know best and don’t take any input from others and then have to back track and change everything each month when their great ideas don’t work.

Pros

Dynatron is a company with real momentum, strong market demand, and a leadership team that is actively investing in the business, the product, and the people. There is a genuine sense that the company is scaling and evolving, and employees have an opportunity to help shape what comes next rather than just maintain what already exists. One of the things I appreciate most is the level of ownership people are encouraged to take. If you are someone who is motivated by building, improving processes, solving problems, and making a visible impact, Dynatron can be a very rewarding place to work. The environment moves quickly, but that also creates opportunities for people who are proactive, accountable, and comfortable operating with a sense of urgency. The company also offers meaningful benefits, including a remote-first environment, flexible PTO, paid sick time, and equity participation. Those things matter, but what stands out most is the overall direction of the company. Dynatron is not standing still. It is investing in better systems, stronger teams, and a more scalable foundation for the future.

Cons

Like many growing companies, Dynatron is still maturing in some areas. Processes, systems, and communication practices are continuing to evolve, and that can sometimes create ambiguity. The pace can also be fast, so it may not be the right fit for someone who prefers a highly structured or slower-moving environment.

Pros

FTO, Culture, People who want to make a difference

Cons

Merit increases are a joke, Performance assessments are guided by sales targets and unrealistic goals, plus changing goal posts, not achievements in last 12 months. Employee survey shows how out of touch the company is.

Thanks for recognizing Dynatron’s flexible time-off program, culture, and the commitment of our team members. Naturally, we’re disappointed to hear that other aspects of your experience haven’t met expectations. We are updating our compensation practices, including a regular review to ensure that employee salaries remain competitive in the market. Our performance assessment process considers an employee’s overall contributions and progress against established company goals throughout the review period. Business priorities can evolve, but expectations should be communicated clearly and applied fairly. Feedback suggesting otherwise is something we take seriously. We recently completed our employee engagement survey through Culture Amp to identify where we're succeeding and where we have opportunities for improvement. We built action plans around the feedback received. While we’re proud of those results, we recognize they don’t invalidate an individual’s experience. We always encourage employees with specific concerns to raise them directly with their manager or the People Team so they can be reviewed thoughtfully and constructively.
