work from home choose your hours

Cons

extreme micromanaging cold calling so most people won't answer or will curse you out if they do. A very small percentage of people actually agree to do the survey.

The job of a telephone interviewer can be tricky – how and when respondents will answer the phone is never guaranteed. Having flexibility helps to make the work easier. To your comment on micromanagement, our managers go through frequent training to ensure they’re supporting their teams well. That said there’s always room to improve. Thank you for reviewing.

The schedules are super flexible, team leads are really great

Cons

environment can be stressful, low pay and shifts get canceled. It's a little frustrating when your doing your best on surveys and calls and then you get deductions.
