The company culture here is incredible! It's easy to be yourself and be honest with your colleagues regardless of their role in the company. This is easy on me as a junior-level employee as I feel comfortable reaching out to members of my team when I'm overwhelmed or having trouble with something. I also feel that regardless of my position I have opportunities to be client-facing and really showcase my strengths. If there is something my team notices I'm passionate about they really encourage me to move forward with it or even take the lead on it. Everyone's opinions are valued there isn't one person calling all of the shots. It's also diverse and I have the opportunity to work with clients from all over the world. Best of all it's just fun. Even if I'm not having the best day I can count on my colleagues to cheer me up and make me laugh and that makes coming to work each day easy.
Cons
It's a smaller team in the U.S. so expect to take on a lot of responsibility but it also allows me to get a lot of experience a lot faster.
The working environment is amazing, with super talented and nice people all around. There's also a lot of opportunities given as and when requested by employees.
