Pros
Working for DMC Atlanta taught me a lot about professionalism and how always be improve my self outside of work. They will give just about anyone a chance education or no education, young or old. You do learn a great deal of transferable skills that will help just about anyone in any field.
Cons
Its base Vs commision meaning if your commison dosen't equal minimum wage they bump you up X amount of dollers till your at minimum wage then say for instance if you do good the next week they take X amount of dollars out of your pay check.
Yes you can make a lot of money, but few really do. MGMT flaunts there checks around saying if you work really hard you can be making 5 figurers a month but honestly if your making that much why dont you have gas allowances or pay for team nights.
The turn over dosen't come from not being able to sell its the pressure behind it that makes people not produce well
Also you will drive A LOT. I was averaging over 100+ miles on my car a day with no for gas reimbursement. Also once work is over there are extras you have to participate in such a team nights every Monday where you have to pay for your own food and drinks, and crew nights. Fun for college students and people who like to hang out Not fun for people families or other activities. 12+ days but you are only gurenteed to get paid 40 hours a week.
