The hiring an interview process felt more like an interrogation then a interview. They were very demanding of knowing your personal information. And kind of automatically gauranting a job with very little detail of benefits or pay trying to get you to agree on accepting the job . Felt like you were getting played as a scam or something similar.

I contacted the office to find out about applying they told me to go in for an interview. I filled out some paperwork in the office and was sent to another room to finish. Then the CEO began calling people in one by one and when it was my turn I began my interview in the CEO's office

Interview
Face to face with boss and another employee. Lots of questions about personality. The interviewers were very nice and you feel like you can be real with them. There are lots of questions about past experience. It is a very simplistic process and goes very quickly. I approve of the interview style and the atmosphere makes you feel like there is a lot to be excited about.
