Great pay. Wonderful working environment. Supportive staff and management. They really cared about their patients. They went out of their way to make sure that their patients needs were met.

The patients come first, which is sort of a good thing. You have to know exactly what you are doing, or dont work here.

Poor pay and benefits. Company is trying to expand but is still in the dark ages in many regards. A lot of backstabbing between different departments.
