Your use of the term scam concerns us though, as you know that we work on behalf of AT&T. If our firm were acting in any manner less than the standards of a Fortune 100 client, do you feel they would continue a partnership with us? The answer, and rightfully so, is no. We hold our firm, and 35+ employees, to rigorous training and standards, because we take our relationship with our client and reputation in the Tulsa community very seriously.
