Pros

Big business, but small amount of employees

Cons

Turnover is very expensive to the business. The costs of retraining and rehiring is very expensive. Instead of having employees leave, why dont you promote or give pay raises? Appreciate your employees

Good environment and super nice colleagues, got a lot of responsibilities as an intern which was a nice surprise.

Cons

Some of the management was sometimes a little unreliable

Pros

Lots of chance to try be the primary on diverse projects. Good fit for hard working, fast learning, self organizing person with hands on skills and creativity.

Cons

Management is systemically broken. There is hardly any leadership. There is no appropriate organization for a business of its size. There are no set pay raises or bonuses of any kind. There is little opportunity to raise up from the position you start at.
