Dwight Capital has been an incredible place for me to learn and develop my skillsets for a career in real estate finance. Even as the company continues to grow, you don't deal with the stuffy big company culture. Everyone is super accessible and willing to help/teach.

Hours can be long, but you still have a lot of work/life flexibility
