Pros
Unlike any company I have ever been a part of, dutchie encourages me to bring my authentic self to work every day- and ACTUALLY means it. It's easy to say that "people are our greatest assets", but at dutchie- they actually mean it. Don't get me wrong- just like any employment opportunity- there are difficult moments and stressful situations. They expect A LOT from their employees- but how could you not as the fastest growing company in the fastest growing industry in the world? My comfort level of being exactly who I am every single day- while also having the opportunity to flourish in an inclusive, accepting, and hard working culture- has allowed me to achieve levels of happiness that I thought unattainable from a "work" related scenario.
Cons
I honestly cannot think of too many cons- other than maybe the inability to connect in person- which is more of a pandemic thing vs a dutchie thing.
