Not many pros anymore. Remote flexible startup culture. If you are looking for a place to jumps a few levels and pad your resume because you can talk a big game and play the office politics then this is a good place to manipulate the cards.

it used to be a beacon of diversity that is not longer the case. benefits are terrible. pay is meh. poor mid level managers. Its a toxic unrealistic culture, an operational mess, group of poorly mismanaged people, and full of unrealistic expectations. The culture is nasty. Its a hill in which people are climbing over others to try to stay on top or to just keep their jobs. Ever since the original founders have been pushed out its been a revolving door of leaders who hire their buddies to get them their pay day and pad their resumes. The growth is dead. The market is saturated. Its subject to the restrictive American cannabis market laws. Its just another retail payment platform but for cannabis. nothing innovative. Tread carefully.
